Puddings Chocolate Mousse

1 free vanilla yogurt
2 tubs quark
sweetener sugar to taste
3 egg whites
1 sachet gelatine-disolved & cooled (for best results boil dish of water over a pan of a small amount of boiling water, add gelatine granules & stir over the heat until clear)
2 sachets any flavour options (generally 4 syns) or maybe some cocoa powder
A dash of chocolate extract (avail waitrose)...this is optional, but really does make a difference to taste

Whisk egg whites until firm. Pop all the other ingredients into a bowl & whisk. Stir in the egg whites. put into a dish & chill until set.

My fav is turkish Delight!!
