It will be 1 syn for every 20 calories if it has nutritional info on it :)

Weird how Tabasco doesn't come under the same rule?

It does, the 1 syn per 20 calorie rule applies if there is no free food allowance. As Tabasco is itself a free food there's nothing else to count.

Is there no other ingredients? Cholula is peppers, salt, vinegar and spices so I reckon it must be free?

In Tabasco? No there are no other ingredients than Tabasco in Tabasco...

You can do whatever you like but as a) it isn't listed as a free food and b) does not qualify for a free food allowance, it will always be 1 syn per 20 calories.

Unless you're using a bottle a night I wouldn't have thought its exactly gonna break the syn bank? How many calories is it exactly?

Tabasco is tobasco,(peppers) vinegar and salt, the same as grizzly man said was in cholula, so I would presume it was free like tobasco, but yeah, unless youre eating bottles of it it wouldnt really matter anywat

From a quick google it seems it is 0 calories for a tsp or about 20 cals for the whole bottle so using 1 syn per 20 calories that would make it free anyhow. ;)
