Well, to be honest, I didn't want to give myself a future date such as christmas in case I didn't achieve my weight loss by then and would feel very upset and miserable because I would believe I had let myself down.

So I have got it in my mind to take each weigh in as it comes and to make each week my priority to lose weight.

However, I would be lying if I didn't admit that to have lost at least 2 stone by christmas wouldn't make me feel on top of the world!

I'll join in and say I'd like my goal by christmas to be 2 stone!
