I blame the first week! Lol. After loosing such a lot right from the start we set our expectations high. I wanted to give up after only loosing 2lbs last week! So silly. Xx

I had my weigh in today, -6lbs for me this week woohooo, was over the moon about that I can tell you, but the week before I only lost 2lbs and the week before that 3lbs. I was on a bit of a downer about the 2lbs, but hey dont know what happened this week but I rocked lol and I havent done anything different from the weeks before

Well girls, I actually bought a little red dress Size 14 for Christmas at the weekend I seem to be a little stuck at 16 at the moment so I reckon once I have lost the last stone and a bit, then 14 will be the right size. Having said that I might just surprise myself and have to change it for a size 12 but oh my goodness... Ive not been a 12 since I was in my early 20's Would lovvvvvvvvve to be able to say I had taken off 30 years of weight hahaha!! But heck... Size 14 is a dream come true when I was a 22-24 only 4 months ago!!!! Happy days
