Cinema syns

Hey Im going to the cinema with my mum tommoro, ususally I'll just get a big diet coke drink - but if i fancy something sweet - what are the syns in treats such as:
Popcorn
Nachos
Pick and Mix

I was thinking of getting a childs popcorn box as it is a quite small portion?
