Cinnamon???

Some people don't like the consistency of their shakes / soups with PH added ... it's an acquired taste (I personally love it).

Some people have claimed that their weight loss rate has gone down whilst taking PH ... Maybe it's because psyllium husks hold such a lot of water - but that's what provides bulk and prevents constipation ... they won't be retaining fat.

Some say that they were knocked out of ketosis: these individuals were probably taking PH in capsule form and it was more likely to have been somethning in the coating: the husks themselves are cal and carb free and so SHOULDN'T affect ketosis (just remember to have only PURE psyllium husks without any digestive aids added).

The bottom line is that it's an individual thing - I know I couldn't get through CD without PH: they thicken the shakes, both hot and cold and, for me, stopped constipation in its tracks.
I'd at least give them a try - most people seem to have a positive experience using them.
