Cinnamon

    Would it be ok to sprinkle a bit of cinnamon over the porridge does anyone know?

    it's in the apple and cinnamon already so i'd say it'd be ok. :)

    Hi
    I dont know about CD as Im on LL but is very similair
    We cant add anything at all except tabasco sauce to soup and black pepper thats it
    You cannot evan have a slice of lemon with water or sugar free gum
    Dont do it stick to plan 100% for optimum results

    When I liked the porridge I put cinnamon on it every time, and it was much nicer! x

    Yes I believe you can but best to get official clarification. You can even make your own porridge if you run out from a toffee & walnut shake mixed with a desert spoon of Psylium husks and a sprinkle of cinnemon warmed up in the microwave. A bit like wallpaper paste, lol, but tastes good x

    What else can you put in soups? i got some tabasco today, can you use the garlic infused tabasco sauce?

    Thanks everyone, I put a sprinkle on and will continue to do so and see how my losses go.

    Dawn, that recipe sounds very interesting! I may give that ago.

    Yes cinnamon is allowed. Tasbasco isn't though.

    Oh what a shame, I was chuffed when I read we could have Tabasco. Is it high in carbs?

    After a bit of research it seems its because of the salt content. im going to use a bit though in my veg soup tonight and see how i go as apparently a lot of people do use it to no ill effect.
