    I have just joined this fabulous community and this is my first week weigh in.

    Week 1: -5lbs

    I am now 15st 3lbs.

    Next weeks goal: -4lbs
    This months goal: Reach 14st 10lbs

    Welcome to Minimins. Well done on losing 5lbs on ur first week. Thats fab. Good luck on reaching each all of ur mini goals and reaching target. What diet r u following?

    I am currently just trying to eat more healthly, move more, & I am taking Lipobind to help speed up the loss.

    Week 2 weigh in

    Lost 1lb this week

    12/10/08 15st 2lb.

    Was that time of the month so I am not surprised to have lost so little. A loss is better then a gain.

    Next week all's back to normal, so will aim for 4lbs again.

    Week 3 Weigh in

    14st 13lbs

    Loss of 3lbs since last week.

    I had a really difficult week this week. Very stressed at work, and I did break my diet a couple of times, and even stopped taking the lipobind for a couple of days.

    However, I kicked myself back into shape on Thursday and have made it under 15 stone. I haven't been this light for at least a couple of years, so I am feeling really excited and motivated. It has also put me back on course to get to 14st 10lbs by 1st Nov.

    Start weight before dieting:15st 12lbs
    Start of lipobind diet: 15st 8lbs
    Week 1: 15st 3lbs, -5lbs
    Week 2: 15st 2lbs, -1lb
    Week 3: 14st 13lbs, -3lbs

    Target for week 4: reach 14st 10lb goal
