I KNEW i was having a bad week ... STS this week for me :'(

Going to try REALLY hard this week. The only thing that I think could have affected it is the fact that I am constipated (TMI sorry lol!) ... or the fact that my body isnt used to the amount of exercise I have done recently? I did circuits yesterday and could barely move this morning lol.
Any suggestions ?? ?

Well I am taking it on the chin and am going to work even harder to get 5 lbs off during this week. Wish me luck

How consistant of me?! lol. I am also going to weight on the 31st because that is another 6 days of losing weight .. hopefully I would have hit target by then! :)

I am quite happy with these losses .. I mean I have lost half a stone in 4 weeks which isnt bad! But I do wish it was a little quicker going. But I have upped the exercise for the last week properly... so hopefully its on its way off me for good! :)

I lost 3lbs this week. That's 12lbs in 3 weeks. I cant believe how much I'm loving this diet, I'm really hoping this is the one for me. I tried slimming world and I only lost 1stone in 8 months, I can't believe I'm nearly there in 3 weeks on weightwatchers!

I gained half a pound. But I am not going to dwell on this coz I haven't pooed in 2 days ...so that could be the reason! We will see.

Anyway ... Little announcement.

I have lost in total

3 inches off my waist!
3 inches off my hips!
2 inches off my chest!

So I am going to do a monthly inch monitor too!

I am pleased with this! ESPECIALLY off my waist. :) I am going to measure this every month just to see how many inches are dropping off. So even if I dont lose POUNDS I might be losing INCHES.

What a nightmare.
So ... everything came at one since my birthday....
TOTM, Friends birthday dinner out ... PGCE interview up north, Valentines day ... Illness (being refered to specialists urgently.) So I have just stuffed my face with all sorts of crap food ... domino's, indian, chips... Oh god.

there is no wonder I have gained 2.5lbs this week!

I am RIGHT back on WW wagon from today. New week, new menu plan. Everything fresh, and NO eating out for as long as I can help it!!
