So I had a good day today. Not enough Superfree (if you stick with me you'll realise that's a theme here) but not over my syns so yay for that.

Breakfast -
Muller Greek style yoghurt (lemon) - 0.5 syns

Snack -
Apple

Lunch -
McCains jacket potato - 1 syn
Cheese - HexA

Snack -
2 chocolate digestives - 8 syns
[note - I resisted these since 10am! Plus I said no to the Jaffa cakes and peppermint creams!)

Dinner -
Chicken fried rice - syn free

Had 1l of water and around 750ml of diet coke.
 
Feeling positive today. Trialing having a big breakfast to see if it stops me being hungry.

B -
Scrambled egg
2 wm toast (little ones) - hexB

Snack -

I only eat half the portion but taking the syns from the book 'cause I struggle to believe its that low!!

So the Chinese last night was a mistake. I know I was within my syns but still feeling guilty. Weigh in tomorrow.

I had the weekend off. Wasn't too bad but Mexican food DID feature last night. My IBS hates me for it.
