Class v Ebay, class wins.

I have been trying to do SW using a pack I bought on Ebay, but I am thinking I will need some support as it seems bit confusing, plus not actually thinking that the pack is legitimate and correct. Class starts Monday, so should be ok then. Muddling through till then.

food optimising can be a little confusing at first - once you understand it you will find it easy and you'll find which days suit you best. Well done on taking the big step on going to class - it will be a lot easier that way
