Clean eating ww diary

hello,

just got back from my hols and put on a massive 7lbs in 10 days.

have been thinking about clean eating for a while and have decided to do clean eating with ww.

i weigh in on a sunday but may change that. i do ww from home as there are no meetings near me that i could actually get to.

today i have had-

breakfast 1

apple- 0PP
15g of crunchy peanut butter- 3PP

breakfast 2

scrambled egg- 3PP
fried mushrooms- 1pp (for tiny but of butter)


snack

banana- 0PP

not sure about the rest of the day yet but will update as i can, and hopefully learn how to add some pics.
 
I used to keep pp so that I could have a treat everynight like a curly wurly and a packet of crisps or a cream donut etc but then they didn't feel like treats anymore. Now I have half an avocado or a Weetabix or something and only have something sweet on a fri or Saturday. I have only been eating clean for a week now and already feel like im in a much better place.

thanks everton04. ive been toying with the idea of clean eating for ages, but still need to control my portions so ww should fit in quite well with it i think.

ive tried to add some pics, not sure if it will have worked.

if it has then the first pic is apple and peanut butter (3PP),
the second is scrambled egg, 1 slice of bacon and mushrooms (5PP)
the third is 4 x ryvita, 1/4 a pot of NUME cottage cheese, a dollop of chilli jam and 4 slices of ham (12PP)

i have also had a banana (0PP) and a mini babybel (2PP)

total so far- 22PP

i get an allowence of 34 per day so i have 12 left for this evening.

im thinking of 200g of chicken breast (7PP), free salad (0PP), dollop of mayo (2PP), 10 cashew nuts (2PP).

which will leave me 1 random point, haha.

Food looks yum especially the apple and peanut butter.
Have a rice cake with your last pp. Lose them or lose them hehe
 
Hi food looks great so far x and sooo happy about 15g of crunchy peanut butter being 3pp :D
 
I love pb but dont think I could trust myself with stopping at 15g
 
have you tired the whole earth organic crunchy peanut butter? it tastes a bit different from the usual stuff and i dont think i could eat any more of it. it also its got no added sugar which most other brands do.

my food diary for yesterday was pretty good-

breakfast
scrambled eggs (6PP) with fried mushrooms in butter (2PP)

lunch
3 ryvita (3PP)
tuna in brine (1PP)
dollop of full fat mayo (3PP)

dinner
200g chicken breast (7PP)
dollop of mayo (3Pp)
100g baby potatoes (3PP)
free salad (0PP)

Snacks

melon and grapes fruit box (0PP)
1 ryvita with brussels pate (3PP)
1 x chocolate freddo (3PP)

the only thing i regret is the chocolate freddo but i couldnt resist, oops!

Tuesdays PP total- 33PP/0WP
Wednesdays PP total 34PP/0WP

so far today i have had the below for breakfast

2 x weetabix (3PP)
1/2 teaspoon of honey (0PP) is this right??
100 ml of alpro soy milk (1PP)
sprinkle of sunflower seeds (1PP)

does any one know about the honey, 1 teaspoon is 1PP, 1/2 is 0? how random.
 
Peanut Butter is my weakness! I used to eat a whole 340g Jar in a sitting after Weekly Food Shopping! Oops! Here to subscribe btw :) x
 
Oooohhh don't talk to me about pb I love it but wouldn't trust myself to stop after 15g not a chance
