How do I work my club out ? x :confused:
 
Club 10 is where you have lost 10% of your starting weight.

So....ten.stone.dreamer, going by your stats at the side, your club 10 target would be around 205lbs. Hope that helps.
 
If you maintain it for 10 weeks (or lose more of course) you get a free week at class. Bonus!
