co-op healthier choice cottage cheese

morning all..

well ive just been to the coop for my lunch as there is nothing in the house so decided to have jacket and cottage cheese for lunch..
i know this says healthier choice but it doesnt say its extra low in fat or anything could you tell me if this has a syn value??

dont want to use up valuable syns on cottage cheese!!!

yay its free.. thanks for that love.. im not a massive fan of cottage cheese but im going to stick spring onions on and a load of black pepper to drown out the taste!!!
