There is a recipe in the new magazine. Fish wrapped in bacon and baked in the oven.
Season Cod and sprinkle with a mix of chopped chilli, garlic, chives and lemon zest. Wrap in bacon slices and place on baking sheet. Sprinkle with more of the chilli mix and roast in oven 200 C for 20 min. Serve with veg if on EE.
You could also make it like a chicken kiev by stuffing with laughing cow and garlic and wrapping in bacon. Enjoy
