I had a course of 5 last year. Apparently you need about 4-6 to get rid of the really old stuff that can be in your intestine for years. But even 1 or 2 will be beneficial. Appart from the obvious benefits I couldn't believe how fab my skin was.

Up until last year I used to have them every 3 months. Then I started CD and thought there was no point while I was doing that. Unfortunatly I never did quite stick to CD and had more restarts than I care to mention. But now I'm well and truly over that diet and into this one I'm going to start having them again.
God knows I need one

I'm hoping those flaxseed muffins will get me moving too.
