Confession of a naughty LTer

I read somewhere that if u dont have the 3 shakes your body becomes too low in calories that it goes into starvation mode and holds onto all the fat.. so losses aren't as good as they would be if u had the 3. ? I have done days with nothing or missed out 2 etc.. but t just makes me feel weeker and more miserable and that only makes me more prone to giving up. So 3 are best :D
 
the last 2 days I have only had 2 shakes and prob not enough water but I really don't ant anything!- except food! ( I haven't!)
