Ok don't ask me to explain why because I have no reason that I can give but today I have had 4 biscuits and two cups of home made parsnip soup. I started out with all good intentions this morning, having my shake but as the day has gone on i have just fallen BIG STYLE!!!!

You never know, you might not even be out of ketosis (I never have been yet). And if you are, then you'll get back to it soon. Your weight loss might be a tad less than usual, but hey - it'll still be a loss. (And as anyone here will tell you, a loss is a loss is a loss!!)
