I have to confess Ive just been out for a meal:cry: !! And it hasnt made me feel better its made me feel c**p for being a failure after such a good first weigh in result. The problem was all in my head but I really felt Id missed out on valentines day not going out so I tormented myself about it!! Had soup with a roll then chicken and chips although only ate about 6 chips and felt so stuffed!! To make it worse ive come home and taken dulcolax even though I know its not the right thing to do but im so fed up with myself. Just hope I can get back on track tomorrow and havent done too much damage. Sarahxx.
