Confused

Hey im a bit confused about the whole propoints plan! are you meant to cut down on carbs and go for more protein options? i have been sticking to my 29 points but the things i have mainly been eating are carbs! will it make a difference or do i need to start eating just more meats and fish for dinner with veg? it seems to easy im never hungry!

Although this plan does mean that the stuff with more carbs and fat in will be higher ProPoints, that doesn't mean you shouldn't eat them if you want to. I see it as as long as you stick to your points no matter what you eat, then you will be fine.
