CONFUSED

Going to my first WW class on wednesday, I thought there was only one WW plan but looking here found out there is three :confused:. So can anyone help me, what is the difference between Pro Points, Simply Filling and Discover Plan.
I want to lose weight after failing on SW :cry:.
Any help is appreciated.

Discovery plan is the old plan, at meetings they no longer teach you this, it's still on here as there is still a few members that follow it at home.

Pro points is the current plan we're you get a Dailey allowence of points and a weekly, simply filling is another plan you can follow, you still get a weekly allowence but not a Dailey, u have to eat food off a certain list

don't worry about it hun, i failed on SW too.

simply filling is a lot like SW but not as restrictive, so as you said you didn't get on with SW i would recommend you start on ProPoints.
you can always add a few simply filling days when you get more used to WW :)
