confusion and im a long timer

hi guys i started again 2 weeks ago, only did a week then didnt have cash to continue, lost 5lbs so very please, had to eat food, only gained 2 lbs back

anyway started my 2nd week again 3 days ago, and i feel brill, no headaches, no dizzyness, bit tired ut not bad, hopefully ill be in ketosis tomorrow, after doing lipotrim when i loast my 3 stone before i know its day 4 for me

what i want to ask my old lipotrim buddys is..............

ok so first time i did it, the first 4 days were easy, just got harder as the time went on, but still lost 3 stone as you all know, anyway first 3 days were good, then since decemeber ive been struggling big time to restart, on it a day or more then cant do it, etc, each time ive treid and its been about 4 ive felt so so poorly and was really hard to restart, i thought well this is me then, maybe my body just cant take it anymore

started again 3 days ago and nothing, feel great? this is supposed to be the hardest bit, but first time and this time no bad affects at all, i actually feel more energentic and less hungry since day two,

so i dont get it, how i can i have two really easy starts when in between when trying to restart ive felt so ill and couldnt do it, gipping not being able to swallow shake, then something seems to change and i try again and its great

i dont understand lol

I don't know Nat, it's strange isn't it :-/ I wasn't able to restart for 5 years after my successful run in 2005 with TFR. I'd lost 6 stone, but did still need to lose more. I just couldn't get back on the wagon though. This time, I managed it before Xmas, came off for 7 weeks, got right back on, had a day off to give blood, and then straight back on again. It's been easy (well, as easy as TFR can be lol). No explanation for it. Our bodies and minds are strange at times lol

yeah its v3ry add, it just confuses me how my body can cnage from gipping anf feeling ill to have qa few days off restarting it being easy and shake yummy

hi nat, this is my 2nd time starting too. the first time round i felt like crap for about a week but then it was bearable. This time i havn't had headaches or anything, i havn't even felt hungry. I feel a bit guilty for having it so easy..that's why i don't post too much info, i don't want people to think i'm gloating!
I think it's just how your body is each time? at least you're having an easy time of it, embrace it!

There's nothing to understand hon, your body will just deal with things depending on many other factors at the particular time. I've started and restarted and fell off the wagon so many times now and I can totally relate. First attempt was 7 days, second attempt 12 days, 3rd attempt 8 weeks, 4th attempt 5 weeks and now Im up to week 23 and I've had several slips along the way. All other attempts I was 100% and it was easy while I was doing it, it was emotional crap that drove me to eat because thats how I cope, not because I couldnt hack it, ya know? However this time I have zero ketosis appetite suppression, that makes no sense though, right? I think you just have to go with the flow. It is what it is as they say and just take things as they come. You know you have the inner strength to do this, you've already done it before. I have definitely found that having a fixed motivational factor is what has kept me on the straight and narrow (and by that I mean not staying off the wagon or continuing to cheat if I have a blip) compared to all other attempts. Everyone needs their "Why", why are you doing this? Why is this time different? Why do you want it more this time than any other time? Fix those in your head, or wherever, and it will definitely help your brain come to terms with the fact that its just gotta do this for the duration and that normal service will be resumed when its done hehe

yeah i get you hun deffo, its just i think how one time i can retch bigtime and cant even swallow then to being fine and not hingry

yeah thanks love, day 4 and still nothing, no sypmtoms at all, starting to wonder if im immune to it lol and wont lose weight:D

i feel brill, can it be possible as ive restarted so manytime since xmas and done it a long time before and lost a lot that i may go into ketosis after the first day, that is the only day i felt hungry?

i dont know hun but apparently you do go into ketosis quicker once youve been on it before either way its great that you have skipped that stap lol and i just hope its as easy for me lol x x x

yeah true, i still cant work it out lol maybe my body just thought oh here is comes lol i better do it fast:D
