Total Solution Considering Exante

How good is this diet? I lost a LOT of weight on Cambridge and kept it off well. Due to work stresses, I've started to pile it back on (2 stone anyway) and I'm so bloody miserable. To top it all, there is no longer a CDC in my area so no way of getting supplies. I want a rapid loss as I did with CD and I see I can just order supplies online with Exante. Is it as good at a rapid weightloss as CD?
Also what are the products like? I didnt like many of CD products and tended to stick to the same things, which was pretty much the same shake (choc mint), a couple of their soups and any of their choc bars. I'm a little worried that if I buy Exante, I'd go for the mixed bumper pack and end up not liking most of them. Mind you, I'd have to tolerate them just to get the weightloss I want.

There are always threads like this.
Exante is the same as any other vlcd so losses will be the same.
And as for the products, well everyone has different tastes so we all like different things. The good thing is you can order the weeks bumper pack which has all the products in and can decide what you do and dont like.
