Considering starting - couple of questions about delivery

Hi,

I like the sound of Diet Chef and I'm keen to follow it - my problem is portion size and I think this could help. I've also gone from one diet to another for some time so want to get back into eating "normal" food. My concern is around the delivery.

The website says they dispatch within 2 working days and then it is next day delivery - have you found this to be true? My problem is I only work from home on a Thursday so that is the only day I'm available to receive a delivery.

Alternatively I could have it delivered to work - but is it branded "DietChef"? I don't really want the office knowing I'm dieting . I'd have to carry it up two flights of stairs to my flat then - is it heavy?

Hello

I work long hours and rubbish shifts so when I get mine delivered I just ask for it to come on a certain day. I've only had 1 order so far & it came on the day I asked for. As for people knowing mine came in two brown plain boxes, not sure if this is the same for everyone! It's an extremely easy diet to do and seems to work for a lot of people.

i am hopefully starting dc today however woundered are you allowed to drink diet coke or sugar free cordials

I have sugar free cordial as there is only about 5 calories in it! Can't tell you about coke sorry I don't drink alot of fizzy pop

ordered diet chef on sunday did not arrive untill thursday and popcorn had burst opened, no problem they are sending new has anyone else had a problem with delivery:wave_cry:
