can anyone help? please? :cry:

I have just eaten a double chocolate cookie about the 1/2 the size of saucer.

Can anyone help on the syn value please? I have looked online and in my book but nothing xx

That's the whole point, I don't know. I went to a work conference and they were just with the biscuits. I will base it on the highest syn value of anything anybody can come up with

These are the fresh ones you get in a bag from most major supermarkets. Probably about the size of a saucer, so you can probably half the syn value.
