Well.... i think if you spoke to LT they would say

1. You have to eat them withing 15 mins and
2. Don't cook them lol....

But the way i see it if it stops me going getting food then why not!!!

I make them in the morning and take em to work all the time hun!!!

Hi Zsk, you can find the recipe for them (and other things) in a post by Deezer which is on page 4 at the moment called "things to do with shakes". Do they fill you up? not really but it's nice to munch something coz for me the boredom is the killer! See what you think, good luck xx
