I eat corned beef on induction but you have to check the carb content as they do vary and mince is ok. :)

yes!
corned beef must have beed designed for atkinsers, it makes great meals, snacks etc, very handy stuff.

and mince is sooo versatile too, just watch what you have it with, carb wise.

and the mince is a great base for so many different typed of snacks. i make a small meatballs, or kebabs, skinless sausages etc. just put some dried green herbs, the taste changes everytime. i do love the cumin.
when i grill or bake the meat balls they are dry but juicy inside and make a great snack.

I always thought corned beef contained sugar!!..am I wrong about this as I would love to eat this on induction..:sigh:
