ug no I couldnt stand the soup, I stick with the chocolate and vanilla. the monotony helps with ignoring food too, the soup was too much like food for me. Clean break was exactly what I wanted

This is interesting. I've not gone for my initial consultation yet (going this week) but I am going to the pharmacy now because my doctor had never heard of LT and when he did do some research he said that they could only offer me a weight loss program and not LT. I felt quite deflated by him. Anyway I made the decision to just go to a local pharmacy in the end and do it from there being as the Doc was as useful as a chocolate teapot.
