Cottage cheese

Hi everyone I'm afraid I may have to syn my cottage cheese as it's low fat not fat free - it's not on the list of brands I found on here. It's the arla low fat plain brand as sold in Iceland.

73kcal per 100g and it is a 300g tub. I need 150g of it for quiche. Any kind person know the syn? This is the only brand I can get easily xx

It doesn't have to be fat free to be syn free. Your one is not listed online so you will have to post the nutritional information
