Week 8 day 2 complete today - 28 min of running!!!! I can't believe I am actually doing it. All that interval training has paid off.

Nymple - keep up the good work!

HPSaucy - run at your own speed :). go for week 4 - at each step I think I won't be able to do it but I do! good luck.

Cjnvgn - well done!

Week 7 Day 3 done. It's amazing to see the progress I'm making - in such a short time. Can't help but wonder why I've always believed I couldn't run! OK, I'm not breaking any speed records, but that's not what it's about. I'm moving more than I think I've ever moved, and that feels great.

Go for it, you all deserve to feel great too - and proud of your achievements!

Week 5 day 1 done for me today i only finished week 4 day 3 yesterday but really wanted to run so thought i would go for it i'm actually starting to enjoy it now and getting competitive with myself lol x

Help? I completed week 1 on 16/03 but since then I have had a cold and suffer badly with sinus problems whenever I get a cold, so it means exercise is not an option until my sinuses sort themselves out:sigh:
Should I do week 1 again, when I am well enough? I am thinking I should?

Thank you, I never ever thought I would be able to do this, I am heavy so it is quite hard on my legs so I am very slow.. I'm sure people would be able to walk past me running! X
 
Hi Ladies

Well i have signed myself up for a 10k run!! so i am running ahead of myself on the couch to 5k shouldnt have started week 5 till sunday but started it early so i have completed week 5 run 2 tonight need to get to 5k as soon as poss so i can get some extra mileage in for this race lol.

Your all doing fab keep up the good work your all a massive inspiration and we can do this :)

I just started this today, after a year's break and I have to say it wasn't as dreadful as I thought it might be!! In fact I'm raring to go on Run 2. Think it helps that I found somewhere really quiet to look like an out of breath idiot!!
