Hiya people... this is going to sound a little odd but I have a hacking cough at the moment and have been drinking the cough medicine like water 
I figure it has sugar in it but have no idea if I am comsuming a shed load of points... I know Im ill and need it but does anyone know if it will effect me points wise? x
