Could do with buddies

Hi folks, i am returning to mini's after coming off the CD, then WW diets.:break_diet:
I did quite well last time but sadly and stupidly have slowly put my weight back on. :booboo:
I am 40 this year and am determined to lose my weight for that milestone.

I am at the gym 3 times a week :whacky068:and doing an aqua aerobics class once a week.

I have started on the extra easy SW diet and I have lost 5lbs last week so it's going well. :happy036:

I know how valuable this forum is and have come back with my tail between my legs asking for help/support/advice from you lovely people. :grouphugg:

Welcome back. :) Why with your tail between your legs? I doubt very many if any here have dieted and not put the weight back on at some point. You sound very motivated and 5lb is a great loss well done!

You should not give yourself a hard time but congratulate yourself for the effort and motivation in achieving. You are already a step forward and you are acheiving, so well done and keep it up!!!

Well done on loosing 5lbs ! That's a fantastic start and I'm sure you'll find lots of support and encouragement from everyone here.

I'm following EE too, it's really great and you definitely don't feel like you're dieting.

wow thank you all for your lovely messages!!! i am spurred on by all of them, determined to do well and don't feel quite as lonely on the journey ahead of me.
Angel i don't know about you but i almost feel like i'm cheating it is so easy??!
I have been looking at the recipes on here and am going to try a few of the puddings..this site is amazing i love it!! xxxx

Well done on your first week's weigh in!! Dont feel that you have to come back with your tail between your legs, it happens to all of us and the hardest part is making the difference once again, so well done!
Wow, you really do sound so determined with the amount of exercise that you are doing too, so keep it up!
