hi all..

could you syn this recipe for me .its taken from jamie olivers summer food and its lovely

its jerk chicken in flat breads.. its the flat breads that i want synning really

250g sr flour
250g neo valley natural yogurt
tsp baking powder
pinch of salt

im trying to think how i could get it to be as near to syn free as poss!!

You won't be able to tbh, bread is a *****. You could use a low(er) fat yoghurt or Quark or something to make that part free but the flour is the killer - 250g will be 40syns.

even the baking powder is synned! but depends on how many that makes. If 4 portions then 10 syns. It could work!
