Countdown Courses

MOrning all,

I still can't find the motivation to get of my backside, so was going to join a group,( not the same one as last time cos the cons was awful)
I was thinking about purchasing the 6 or 12 week countdown but cant find online how much it is.

Anyone know?

a 12 week countdown is £49.50 so you get 12 weeks for 10.

My plan is that if i pay for 6 weeks then im more likely to do it properly, and go to group.
I'm deffo hoping its the kick up the bum I need!

I have just bought my third 6 week countdown for that reason. I need the group to keep me motivated, and the weekly W I. If I didnt have that I would slip I think. And our c is sooooooo good, even texting whilst she is in USA on holiday, to keep us on track and posting on here S W facebook page. Cant fault her, think that is the reason so many people attend her group in my area.

I am going to get a 12 week course this week. Mum gave me £60 for my birthday and going to buy that and couple sw cookbooks. Hubby bought be 6 sessions with personal trainer, so very healthy birthday.

Countdowns are great - I got two 12-week ones last year and they worked a treat
