To be honest, you're probably just as well using a sachet of cous cous, eg Ainsley Harriot. They are about the same price but you get a bigger sachet and are mostly lower in syns. Just put the contents in a tupperware type box, add boiling water, put lid on and leave for 5 minutes. Perfect cous cous, ready to eat and I add baby toms, dried apricots etc. Makes for an easy but filling lunch at work!
