Serves 4 - free on green ( add 5 1/2 syns for fish if not HE, and another 6 for breadcrumbs if not HE)
2 eggs
681g large potatoes
8 slices of wholemeal bread
fry light
4 cod fillets
1. preheat oven to 200c, lightly beat eggs, peel potatoes and cut into thick finger chunks, whizz bead to make bread crumbs.
2. make potatoes as per SW chips (instruction on this board)
3. dip fish into egg then bread crumbs, place on non stick baking sheet for 15-20 minutes or until fish is cooked.
