just worked out syns for aldi couscous and say 1 syn 100g the pack is 100g so when a full pack is cooked how many grams and syns is it?
sorry for sounding stupid just wondered if it was doubled or more thanks

Not sure, it will be at least doubled, if not more. You'll need to weigh it once cooked. Some packs do say how much cooked weight it makes but not all.
