Cramp in the Calf!!!!!

#1
Hi all

Need to update my signature. Lost 3llb on week 3 and 6llb on week 4, so very happy bunny!!

I have one problem. In the last week or so, I have had really bad cramp in my calves. I drink at least 3-4 litres of water a day, so it's not that. I haven't had anything other than water to drink, not even tea and coffee.
Anyone got any idea's?
I've never had cramp before. Someone suggested it was to do with salt?:sigh:

Thank you. Had a hard week last week but got there in the end. Thought about re feeding this week as going on holiday in four weeks, but the weight loss spurned me on for another week x

Hi Hairspray...funnily enough I was woken up twice last night with cramp in my foot...never experienced this whilst sleeping. It was wierd. I dont know why, so cant help you, but would be interested to know the cause. I reckon it is just another side effect of not eating.

By the way, well done on the weight loss so far...keep going...you are doing really well.

Take care

I get that from time to time too! Especially when I'm climbing the 100+ stairs to work everyday!

I just do some stretches later to help it out...

Great job on your losses! :D

Aww I hate the horrible Lipotrim cramps :(
I think it's to do with salt in the shakes or the fact it's so condesced I'm not sure but they wake me up sometimes:(

Well Done on the loss by the way!! Woo hoo!!
