Craving a different taste/texture


Does anyone know some tricks to overcome the craving for a different taste/texture? Really could kill for a diet coke which normally is a guilt free treat but a no no on LT.

Really struggling with the same old same old tastes and textures.

:7834: Have you tried having some sparkling water? I don't like it but plenty of people do. You can pretend it's a Diet Coke then!!! x
Have you tried adding some coffee to the Vanilla shake? A lot of people recommend it and I have to say it's lovely! It's like having an Iced Latte - it tastes really creamy. I have that as my treat in the evening - I really look forward to it! x

I have low blood pressure and find I crave salt by week 3.... This time its only just kicked in at the end of week 4 plus totm due too so I think that might be the trigger...
Thanks for the suggestions will try the latte tomorrow lunch time. Still craving the Diet coke, will have to wait till I am svelte
