Crazy diet!

Hi All,

Just finished my first AAM week, and another 4lb lost. I can't believe how brilliant this diet is, why I didn't do it sooner, that I can stick to it (amazingly), and why more people don't know about it. I want to shout it from the rooftops! It's literally life changing.

So glad add a meal has gone so well for you. You really are doing fab.

It so cold and dangerous up on the roof top I think you are sensible to shout about it on here instead and we all love to hear it too.

Hi Snowy....I totally agree CD is fab and I wish I had discovered it at least 6 years ago!
