creeping back in for week 6 weigh in.....

Hey everyone
have been a bit quiet recently cos wasnt as angelic as I should have been on week 4 and spent all of week 5 losing what i put on on the weekend of week 4. But anyway head has been in the right lace for week 5 - 6 and yippee have lost 3.3lbs so back on track!

Its lovely to see everyone else doing so well and I always check in daily to see how everyone is getting on and to keep me on track.

Keep up the good work and I will try to post more often especally if Im feeling a bit wobbly.

Im okay in the week its just weekends I HATE and feel so tempted.

Weekends are definitely much harder. What's strange is for me they shouldn't be that different. I work from home (telecommute) so it's not like I'm out of the house all day during the week.

But somehow, there's a big psychological difference.
ta for all the messages it is nice to know Im not alone at weekends. The kids have a treat at the weekends and it would be nice to join them. ONce Im at goal and eating again we definitely a family that will do the 80/20 rule and eat healthily all week and have treats at the weekend. I love this diet because it is so quick but roll on my hols and eating normally again.
Me too! I find it easier to be angelic during the week and then as I get weighed on a Friday evening if I have a blip over the weekend I have the week to get it back together. The house is spotless since I have been on this diet because I try and keep so busy to avoid being tempted. Now that the weather is getting better why not try getting outdoors? Me and my OH do alot of walking at the weekends and I know it might sound a bit sad but it always gives me a boost when I have done some exercise.
