I havnt actually tried this myself yet, but ive seen a youtube of it.
Slice a potato as thinly as possible, spray a microwave proof plate with some one cal oil spray, and spread the slices in a single layer as much as possible. Season the slices with salt and any other spicy seasoning, such as curry powder, paprika or whatever takes your fancy. Gives the slices another couple spray then put in microwave on full power for a few minutes but watch them very carefully. When they have brown spots they are done.
