Cross trainer activity points

Hi everyone do you know what is the activity points for cross trainer at the gym and using the weights. Much appreciated I've been tracking as skiing county crossing on tracker....?
 
I'd use moderate for cross trainer and low for weights.

Just wanna point out I don't use high for cardio (unless you're sprinting!!)... I always thought high was only used for things that are really intense... Things that you literally wouldn't be able to do for more than 10 or 15mins? I could be wrong though.
