Cross trainer vs treadmill!

I use both, and it all depends on what you want to achieve to be honest.

I like the cross trainer as it also uses your arm, but I like the treadmill as you can walk or run and burn the fat, I think quicker!

I dont think it really matters; depends how you feel and what you prefer. I like to swap between the two, but at present using treadmill and walking about 30 mins, and this is with running inbetween and using the incline as well.

i like the cross trainer but i have to say its about balance more than anything cos i am scared to let go of the handle :) i also love the fact that obvioulsy if your buying them for the home they not quite as big

With the Cross trainer you loose much more calories than the treadmill. I've been going on the treadmill at the gym since i started Lipotrim, as im afraid the cross trainer would be too much seen as though im not eating i'd be afraid i'd faint or something. I feel more in control on the treadmill, but everyone is different.
