Crosse & Blackwell pasta in 5

Just picked up a packet of this and noticed the calories and fat content seem quite high. The whole pack has 588 calories and 19.6g of fat.

I know quite a few of the pasta and sauces are free but can someone check this one for me. It's the cheese and broccoli flavour and it's called 'pasta in 5'
