Croutons

Any one got any good suggestions for making low fat croutons or any alternatives for my ceasar salad for lunch?

Only way I can think of is using a slice of low pp bread and cut it to cubes and fry in frylight with a bit of seasoning (maybe some garlic would be nice too!). You could probably get away with only using half a slice of bread :)

That's a good idea but would it work if I fried it the night before so I can take it to work?

I just broke up bits of Melba toast into my cuppa soup for lunch! Was really nice!

i brought some tesco finest olive oil and sea salt crostini's 10g is 1pp, 25g is 3pp ..... to be honest 10g would probably be enough as a something for your soup or salad :)

....... and they are not hard little cubes like croutons! :)

Aw I couldn't find crostinis! I've bought some garlic croutons which are also 10g for 1pp. Hopefully that'll be plenty for my salad!
