CS and Exercise

Celebrity Slim encourages you to exercise - so long as you're fit to do so & maybe not in the first couple of days of starting it when your body is getting used to it! After that though - go for it! Just keep drinking plenty of water during & after

In the past i've done CS without exercise because im a lazy so and so - has still worked but slower. And then I gave up!

This time - combining with exercise and regimented eating times (9am, 12pm, 3pm, and 6pmish) - seems to be working much better so far.
