OMG this is delicious yummy the sticky caramel and chocolate in the middle is divine i will definitely be making this again!!!
thank you soooo much for the recipe

xxx

I made it last night but did the following:

4 x Scan Bran
28g Porridge Oats
1 Tablespoon Golden Treacle
I 26g Curly Wurly (bashed up - I froze it first)
1 mug full of granulated sweetener
1 Large Egg

It was very nice but way too sweet for me so I would certainly put less sweetener in next time, I baked it in the oven for 45 mins.

I took it as 1 B choice plus 8 1/2 syns

what temp did you put it in at?

I might just make this one - the other one I made was a disaster:sigh:

Im a massive fan of curly wurlys. So i will be trying this :D. Thanks for the great ideas. :) x

THAT sounds amazing! x

I'm so gonna have to give this one a go, thankyouu :)

Do you have to eat it whilst still warm or does it taste good cold. Was thinking of making a couple to take to SW class next week for a taster. That's if I don't eat it all myself LOL

Made the CW cake last night and it was lovely - 12 syns for the cake and I will get 4 portions out of it.
It was mentioned by our area manager at class last week, also helps in getting the fibre I need.:p
