It was from an artisan bakery, was a bread bun with the middle removed, filled with vanilla custard. I know I have used all my syns, but does anyone know the number, just for my diarys sake please? Xx

To be honest, seeing as its artisan, I wouldn't have a clue. A bread bun could be a sweet dough, so therefore sugar, eggs, butter could be added ( bun dough tends to be whats known as an enriched dough). The custard? well again, milk, cream, sugar eggs. It could be in theory 500 calories, so in theory 25 syns, but like I said, without known any nutritional info, or how big it was, no one can really tell you to be honest x
