Cystitis!!

:cry:I've woken up this morning with a particularly nasty bout of cystitis - and feel absoltuely rubbish. Had some Canestan Oasis in the cupboard so have started taking them - now I'm worried they'll take me out of ketosis - but I had to do something
Really surprised I've got this as thought all the additional water I'm drinking should have "flushed everything through", but then again I had a bad case of constipation last night - so perhaps I'm still not drinking enough water??
Anyone else suffered while on LL, or is it totally unrelated and just bad luck?

No it's quite common actually. If you do a search in the archives, you'll see what others used to combat the problem. x

AW Lucy, what a shame. I hope you get over that swiftly. I've never had it so don;t know what it's like, but I know when my cats have it they are pretty miserable. <hugs> Feel better soon!!! xx

Thanks BL - it's absolutely vile - however I'm looking on the bright side and hoping (if I can get there tonight) I will have a fab weightloss due to all the wee'ing I'm doing!
By the way - yet again you astound me with your sig pics - I can't imagine how you come to terms with, quite literally, being half the person you were in terms of size! And, no doubt, double the person it terms of confidence! You look utterly amazing xx
